ATTN: Editor Contact the Riverside County Board of Supervisors and urge them to establish effective, meaningful civilian oversight of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and District Attorney's Offices, similar to the boards employed by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the Los Angeles Police Department. Citizen complaints must be handled by an unbiased civilian review board because Riverside County agencies have proven they won't ethically handle complaints against their own officials. Riverside County Board of Supervisors Send Mary your personal stories regarding mishandled death investigations, murders mislabeled suicide, and law enforcement misconduct. Also, please copy to Mary any letters or emails you send to the above agencies. of Wings of Justice is possible only because of the
generosity of those who believe in our efforts to render support and comfort to
violent crime victims' families, as well as holding elected and appointed
officials accountable for the corruption, misconduct and incompetence in
the criminal justice system. Won't you consider making a tax-deductible
